ModuleNotFoundError: No module named ‘google_auth_oauthlib’ hatası alıyorum fakat
pip install google_auth_oauthlib
veya
pip install --upgrade google-auth-oauthlib
kullandığımda
Requirement already satisfied diyor.

terminalde:

pip install virtualenv
cd proje-yolu (örneğin, cd D:/projem)
virtualenv env
.\env\Scripts\activate
pip install google-auth-oauthlib

eğer bunları dış bir terminalden yaptıysanız kullandığınız ide’de proje dosyanızı açın daha sonra ide terminaline

.\env\Scripts\activate

bunu yazın. bunları yaparken zaten ide terminalindeyseniz bu üsttekine gerek yok
