Pandas kütüphanesi indirilmeme sorunu

Arkadaşlar pandas kütühanesini indirmek için pip install pandas yazıyorum indiriliyor diyor ama sonra bu hatayı veriyor.(Windows 8.1 32-bit kullanıyorum bilgisayarı python 3.11 kurulu)

Aşağıdaki linkleri incelediğimde sanırım pandas’ın 2.1 sürümünden önceki bir sürümü kurmanız veya 64-bit bir sistem kullanmanız gerekiyor.
